In this difficult time for Ukraine time has come for change.

After Maidan 2014 year populism became the state ideology, which led to catastrophic consequences. War in the East, loss of territory, falling social standards, raising utility tariffs, poverty, rising crime will constitute our present.

Instead of an objective assessment of the situation of open and honest conversations with their citizens, Most Ukrainian politicians deepen crisis, making irreversible negative processes. Sweet tale about the possibility of reducing tariffs, “dollar 8 UAH”, joining the European Union soon and a quick victory over Russia intended only to deceive people. Bankrupt policy of handing out empty promises, advance understanding, that they can not perform.

This has led to a drop in prestige Ukraine in the world, devaluation of government institutions in the public eye, chaos and lawlessness.

Party “Opposition Bloc” uniting all genuine opposition to the forces of chaos, to confront the lies, hypocrisy and mediocrity power.

Our team includes representatives of successful industry, competent mayors, known public figures, professionals, that proved real actions and deeds.

We are committed to peace in Ukraine. And the only way to achieve peace -poetapne implementation of Minsk agreements, through direct negotiations.

We support the new industrialization, finding new markets for Ukrainian products, promotion of Ukrainian interests in the world, Self solve national problems, while power, which surely goes back in time, provides criminal policy of the collapse of the industrial sector, transformation of Ukraine into raw material appendage, Agreeing with the dictates of the IMF's financial.

Our political force has always supported the principle of full decentralization. Revenues from taxes and charges simultaneously with the mandate to remain on the ground: in the cities, areas, communities, villages. This will solve most of the problems: and bad roads, responsible for that particular mayor; and language training and record keeping, which will determine the residents.

We are committed to full freedom in matters of language, religion, stories, culture.

Government has no right to dictate to citizens, what language they should speak, read, sing, pray, who should be considered a hero, and who -zradnykom.

Our goal - peace, prosperous country, where people of different nationalities, cultures, religions feel comfortable and safe. Foster children, respect each other, working for the good of his family, have the opportunity to receive quality education and are confident in the future.

1. OUR GOAL - WORLD

 

• As soon as possible to restore peace in Donbas
• The full implementation of the Minsk agreements
• The exchange of prisoners on the basis of “all in all”
• Removing food and economic blockade of Donbass and Crimea
• Restoring passenger rail service to Donetsk, Lugansk and Simferopol
• Elections Donetsk and Lugansk regional council simultaneously with the local elections in Ukraine
• Recovery direct passenger (first - Aircraft) between Ukraine and Russia

 

2. New Country, DECENTRALIZATION,

• Effective legislature - bicameral parliament: The upper chamber is formed of 35 MPs from the Regions, one from 1 million voters; The lower house - with 150 deputies, selected by open party lists
• Granting the Russian language official status; creating conditions for free use and comprehensive development of minority languages
• Language, humanitarian and cultural decentralization; providing each 27 regions the right to determine language learning and keeping the results of a local referendum and the decision of the regional council (Regional, city, district)
• The abolition of discriminatory laws and the language discommunization,
• Cancellation anti-people reforms: pension, health, education

 

LOCAL GOVERNMENT

 

• Financial independence from the central government, transfer to the field:

– 100% Taxes on personal income;

– 100% environmental tax, rent payments, excise;

– to 75% EPT.

• Powers:

– infrastructure, roads, except for roads of national and international importance;

– humanitarian sphere;

– preschool, School and Secondary Special Education;

– medicine.

 

3. ARMY AND SECURITY

 

• Approval of the referendum and consolidated in the Constitution of Ukraine as a non-aligned status of Ukraine, neutral state
• Creating a modern professional army
• The revival of military-industrial complex for the production of modern weapons, missile systems, planes, ships
• Combating crime - municipal police collaboration with the National Bureau of Investigation

 

4. Economic development - BASIS

• New industrialization - state support key industries: engineering, aircraft and rocket, shipbuilding, IT-industry, agriculture
• State protection of internal and external investments
• Reduced tariffs for utilities, of their nationwide audit, the results of which will be National Tariff
• A wholly state protection of deposits of citizens
• State support domestic producers, streamlined protection - protection of the domestic market
• Reducing energy dependence:

– State program to support mine, mining towns and regions;

– increase its own gas production;

– construction of new, today, safe nuclear power units

• The development of transit infrastructure in Ukraine: railways, seaports, international road corridors
• Complex measures of Ukrainian villages and the agro-industrial complex on the basis of “green Box”
• The land - property of the citizens of Ukraine

5. SOCIAL PROTECTION AND DEVELOPMENT
