Мы ниже подписавшиеся жители дома 40б, str. Klavdievskaya, g. Киева в соответствии нормативно – правовыми актами Украины:
Коллективно требуем принять меры для ликвидации отрицательных факторов создающих шум, which negatively affects our health, haunts us around the clock from the day of arrival at our place of permanent residence. Sources, generating noise are given below, they are different, for this reason, we apply to the relevant government authorities in order to take appropriate measures in relation to the stated facts.

The source of noise in the specified multi-apartment residential building 40b, str. Klavdievskaya, g. Kiev are:
