Transfer of property to the balance of condominiums (source)
After the state registration of condominiums within 3 months (on the basis of 18 articles 6 Закону України «About Condominiums») previous balance-transfer must unite himself to service building, and the following documentation:

1. Plan land with all buildings and structures, located on a plot;
2. Passport house and land;
3. Design estimates and blueprints for a house or other buildings, located on a plot;
4. Statement of the technical state of the building at the time of reception and transmission facility;
5. Schemes inner networks of centralized water supply, drainage, central heating, Gas and electricity;
6. Executive drawings of ground loops (facilities for grounding);
7. Passports boiler economy;
8. Passports lifts;
9. Description of the work of the current and capital repairs, estimates;
10. Acts inspection building;
11. Magazines Applications residents;
12. Minutes measuring insulation resistance of electric power;
13. Minutes inspection of ventilation buildings;
14. Accounting;
15. Accounting residents, as well as individual owners or co-owners of the building, that it did not live;
16. Relationships balansoderzhatelya with legal and natural persons in the payment of utility services (rental or use of facilities).
The law on condominiums provides, that in the absence of previous documents balansoderzhatelya must restore them at its own expense during the 6 months after the registration of condominiums.
In the absence of documentation for an apartment building, the former balance holder of the apartment building or a person, who managed the apartment house to create association, within six months from the date of state registration of the association restores it at their own expense.

If, if the former balance-evades the exercise of its responsibilities and refuses to perform actions aimed at building and transfer of documents, Association refers to the Commercial court to take the necessary steps.
ACMHs must independently enter into contracts for electricity supply (Combining the activities required for lighting for common areas, local area, entrances and so on.), garbage collection, cleaning common areas, local area entrances, etc..
The main financial document in condominiums is an estimate, consisting year and adopted at the annual general meeting a majority of condominiums. Since the condominium is a nonprofit organization, revenue and expenditure of the estimate must match.
