Part of the private and collective property of the family should be located in the structures of material production and services, as well as in the government structures of the state, this part of the property must be fully controlled by the family.
Since the family is the primary unit of social society, state, and an apartment building, in which a certain number of them live, is in miniature a model identical to the state, but with fewer managerial functions.
This makes it possible to analyze the mentality and readiness of the people of Ukraine to be a source of power in Ukraine using this simplified model., according to the conclusions from the analysis, determine the time for the implementation of decentralization in the traditional way

The Supreme Court of Ukraine "Analysis of some issues of application by courts of property law in civil cases" :
According to h. 1 Article. 317 Tsiailnogo Kcode of Ukraine (CCU) the owner has the right of possession, use and disposal of their property.
Jurisdiction of possession understood as provided by law (ie legally secured) opportunity to have (hold) in itself a certain property (actually dominate it, credit to your balance and under.).
Eligibility to use means the possibility provided by law to use, exploit property, get useful properties from it, its consumption.
Eligibility of the order means a legally secured opportunity to determine and resolve the legal fate of the property by changing its ownership, status or purpose (alienation under the contract, inheritance, destruction, processing, etc.. al.).
IN together, these powers exhaust all possibilities provided to the owner. And sometimes all together or some of them may not belong to the owner, and another property owner, example, trustee of the property, to the tenant, etc.. About citizens' appeals

Transfer of property to the balance of condominiums (source)
After the state registration of condominiums within 3 months (on the basis of 18 Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine «About Condominiums») previous balance-transfer must unite himself to service building, and the following documentation:

The law on condominiums provides, that in the absence of previous documents balansoderzhatelya must restore them at its own expense during the 6 months after the registration of condominiums.
