В связи с отсутствием принятия мер не решивших нижеизложенных проблем, подтвержденных актом 0т 08.08.2014г., вынуждены обратиться повторно, как к вновь назначенному председателю РДА с надеждой решения наболевших по существу проблем в кратчайшие сроки.

We are the undersigned residents of house 40b , str. Klavdievskaya, g. Киева в соответствии нормативно – правовыми актами Украины:

1. Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Concerning the Protection of Population from the Effect of Noise" (N 1745-IV от 03.06.2004 city) ;
2. Law of Ukraine "On ensuring the sanitary and epidemic well-being of the population" (N 4004-XII from 24.02.94 city);
3. Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Atmospheric Air" (N 2556-III of 21.06.2001).
4. Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses;
5. Law of Ukraine "On the Police" (N 565-XII of 20.12.1990 city) .

Коллективно требуем принять меры для ликвидации отрицательных факторов создающих шум, which negatively affects our health, haunts us around the clock from the day of arrival at our place of permanent residence. Sources, generating noise are given below, they are different, for this reason, we apply to the relevant government authorities in order to take appropriate measures in relation to the stated facts.

We ask you, as a governing body of the Svyatoshinsky district. Kiev to assist in solving the problems set out below.

The source of noise in the specified multi-apartment residential building 40b, str. Klavdievskaya, g. Kiev are:

Изложенные факторы в п.1-п.3 в совокупности создают шум представляющий опасность для здоровья и невыносимые условия для проживание жильцов в квартирах многоквартирного жилого дом 40б по ул. Klavdievskaya, g. Kiev.

По п.2 переориентировать работу увеселительного заведения на другой вид деятельности, не создающие шум и прочие неудобства для проживания инвалидов и прочих категорий граждан.
